What Is Electric Nutrition And Why Is Important To Your Health

Electric nutrition. Electric nutrition is all about mind-body-Earth connection. Best known as biological grounding or earthing, “electric nutrition” feeds your body- not with regular foods, but with energy from the ground, from Earth.  Throughout history, our ancestors mostly walked barefoot or with shoes made of animal skins. They often slept on the ground. However, since the 1960s plastic became increasingly popular, and the leather soles of the shoes got replaced with rubber or plastic. We also live far from the ground in high rise buildings.  We are disconnected from the electrical nutrition offered by Earth- and this could be a major reason why we have more chronic health problems than ever. This disconnection seems to make us more vulnerable to pain, stress, inflammation, unhealthy sleep, low energy, and even mood issues and premature aging.  This article is about the benefits of electric nutrition (or earthing), including research studies (there are over a dozen studies published in peer-reviewed journals)- and solutions to restore a healthy connection with Earth’s energy.  You can think about Earth as a huge battery that is electrically charged. Your cells are also electrically charged and transmit electric energy-for example heart, muscles, and brain generates electrical impulses. Grounding researcher Clint Ober suggests that the human body is first and foremost electrical in nature, and chemical second. Feet appear to be particularly good at receiving the energy from...

How CBD Can Save Many Lives (Including Yours !)

CBD (Cannabidiol). That’s a very hot topic nowadays. Many talk about it and many more are using it- whether to sleep better, manage arthritic pain, mood booster, or even to look younger.  But are you aware that CBD could actually SAVE many lives?      Problem #1: Some of the world’s most common, and potentially most dangerous, infections are resistant to antibiotics.  Statistics: More than 2 million Americans (and many more millions worldwide) get sick every year from these antibiotic-resistant bacteria[R], [R]. JULY 2019 MS NEWS- The “Trivedi Effect”. The Benefits of Vitamin D, Cannabis, Chinese Medicine Herbs, Helminths And Exercise For MS

Featured News  A different approach to healing MS- backed by science. The “Trivedi Effect”-has been documented in over 400 scientific publications in major international peer-reviewed journals.  Adding the “Trivedi Effects” to vitamin D therapy appears to create a better form of vitamin D (better absorption and bioavailability), and therefore be more beneficial to manage MS, diabetes, heart diseases and other conditions, according to this new study.  A Chinese medicine formula helps manage MS. A new randomized controlled trial Spatholobus for MS shows that a traditional Chinese medicine formula spatholobus preparation is highly effective to manage MS- with significant improvements in clinical symptoms and signs, helping restore nerve function, and also promoting positive changes in test results (evoked potentials, cerebrospinal fluid, and oligoclonal bands and examinations). This formula also reduced the number of recurrences. Spatholobus preparation contains several ingredients (ginseng, velvet, turtle shell, dodder, sage, scorpion, scorpion, spatholobus) and the dosage used in this study: 8 capsules daily for one 1 month as a course of treatment. The therapeutic effect was observed after 3 courses of treatment. How often do people with MS use alternative medicine? JUNE 2019 MS NEWS- Wahls Protocol Works, Best Therapies For Myelin Repair, The Benefits of Yoga, Meditation, Exercise & More

Featured News  This new study evaluated the benefits of the Wahls Protocol, and Dr.Terry Wahls is one of the authors. This study found improvements in lipid and cholesterol biomarkers (especially TC and HDL-C) while following Wahls protocol and these positive changes correlate with improvement in fatigue.  The best therapies aiming to repair myelin are presented in this study– including clemastine fumarate, benztropine, and miconazole (technical: potentially can augment the function of endogenous OPCs), as well as mesenchymal stem cells, high-dose biotin, and opicinumab. This new study is a great review of mitochondrial dysfunction and its impact on aging and related conditions: neurodegeneration, diabetes, cancer, etc. A review of the key drivers of MS progression from Mayo Clinic MS researcher Dr. Lucchinetti in this new article. Exosomes– a very hot topic. Exostomes are tiny membrane vesicles that are involved in many aspects of normal brain physiology. They facilitate communication between brain cells and between the brain and the body. This new study explores the use of exosomes to treat MS, diabetes, lupus and other autoimmune conditions.  Exercise, Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, CBT, Brain HQ  Combined exercise training (aerobic plus resistance training) 3 times a week can help women with MS, however, it seems that a more intensive exercises training could be more effective, according to this new randomized controlled study.  This new review of multiple studies (including randomized controlled trials) supports many...
